Welcome to the torus-proxy

Good morning, good afternoon, and also goodnight! Welcome, dear reader, to my bastion of imaginary reprieve, my way to get away from being in the way, the place where my mind wanders when I am not paying attention, the torus-proxy! What is the torus-proxy? Well, my friend, that is a grand question, no doubt. The answer, however, will take some explaining, which I will attempt in the next few lines.

The torus, in terms of definition, is "a surface of revolution generated by revolving a circle in three-dimensional space" (Wikipedia). Think of a donut, rotating from the inside out, or outside in, if you prefer. It is the same shape that magnetic fields make, were you able to see them. It is the shape of a half apple when cut vertically. It is also believed by some to be the shape of the universe, were we able to see it.

Proxy is, by definition, "the agency, function, or office of a deputy who acts as a substitute for another" (Merriam-Webster). Think of it like a delegate, or representative. It is someone or something who speaks for another of higher authority or from higher perspective.

And so, my dear reader, the torus-proxy is an imaginative representative of the universe of existence.  Traverse with me in the vast expanse of intuition.   Your own consciousness is the very ship in which to set sail, as together we gather from the fields of possibility the ingredients of life, and in the cauldron of time and space let us cook up a smorgasbord of delicious tales for years to come!
